About Us

Big Sky Mobile Catering was established in 1988. Our six owners and four managers bring a combined 100+ years of food service experience to the table. In our 25 years in business we have received exemplary performance evaluations from both our private and Federal catering contracts.

Our past experience includes a 20+ year contract with the United States Forrest Service Department of Agriculture to provide wildland firefighter catering, provisions to provide emergency relief services to Federal and State agencies such as FEMA, the National Guard and the Montana National Guard. We have fulfilled contracts to provide man-camp services in Yellowstone National Park for the Old Faithful Lodge rehabilitation project, Montana RailLink railway tunnel collapse project. Catering support services for the Bureau on Indian Affairs firefighter training sessions. We have also been involved in man camps for Washington and Idaho environmental quality projects. We have also provided large-scale catering services for several events for the Cody, Wyoming Chamber of Commerce.

We are a member of the National Mobile Shower and Catering Association and currently have a contract with the United States Forest Service for Firefighter Remote Catering.
